LindaWe had my granddaughters graduation party yesterday and we were so happy that we chose ChamFam Rentals LLC for rentals of tables and chairs. Wally and Lindsay worked to get the chairs and all the tables set up quickly.
From start to finish ChamFam Rentals LLC were extremely efficient and easy to work with. Communication was prompt and excellent and I couldn’t have wished for a better experience with them. The rental quote came promptly as well. The price was reasonable for excellent service.
The delivery was right on time. They texted me when they were on the way to set up and arrived precisely on time. The set up was safe and careful. Even offering suggestions on where to place the table and chairs. The pickup was equally careful and accommodating.

We base each rental period by the event, typically 1 to 3 days. If your event will be longer than the 3 days please let us know and we will provide you a discounted rate after the 3rd day.

Yes, we deliver Monday - Friday directly to your events location.
Weekend deliveries may include additional charges, (Saturday and Sunday).

We normally deliver 1 to 3 days before your event, depending on its size and requirements. Pickups typically occur 1 to 3 days after your event. We generally do not deliver or pickup the same day as the event. If same day service is needed please let us know and we'll provide you with the additional cost for this service. this also applies for weekends(Saturday and Sunday)

All orders require a 20% down payment to reserve the event date and equipment.
The remaining balance is due on or before the delivery date.
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the 20% down payment. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.

We accept credit cards, check, and cash. All payments must be paid on or before delivery date. We will not unload until paid in full.

A 20% deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due on or before delivery.
• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of the 20% deposit and any payments made toward the reservation.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit and any payments made. No refunds will be issued. -
Yes. You may reschedule your event one time, as long as no scheduling conflicts occur, and subject to availability, within 1 year of the original event date. Your deposit and any payments made will be applied to the new date.
If a rescheduled event is later canceled, it will follow the cancellation policy and will not be eligible for a refund.

Chairs will be left stacked on dollies; tables will be stacked or placed where needed. All tents will be set up by us. If you prefer a hand free set up please let us know so we can provide you with the additional cost for this service.
