We base each rental period by the event, typically 1 to 3 days. If your event will be longer than the 3 days please let us know and we will provide you a discounted rate after the 3rd day.

Yes, we deliver Monday - Friday directly to your events location.
Weekend deliveries may include additional charges, (Saturday and Sunday).

Delivery & Pickup Policy
CHAMFAM RENTALS typically delivers rental equipment 1 to 3 days before your event and picks up 1 to 3 days after your event, depending on the size and requirements of the order. Same-day delivery may be available during normal business hours, subject to scheduling availability.
Standard delivery and pickup services are performed Monday through Friday. Deliveries or pickups requested on Saturday or Sunday are subject to additional weekend service fees and availability.
Specific delivery and pickup dates and times will be coordinated with the customer prior to the event.

All orders require a 20% down payment to reserve the event date and equipment.
The remaining balance is due on or before the delivery date.
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the 20% down payment. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.

We accept credit cards, check, and cash. All payments must be paid on or before delivery date. We will not unload until paid in full.

Weather Policy for Tents: If CHAMFAM RENTALS determines that tent installation cannot be safely completed due to severe weather, high winds, flooding, unsafe ground conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, the customer may choose to receive a full refund for the tent rental portion of the reservation or apply the payment as a credit toward a future rental date within one year, subject to availability.

Yes. You may reschedule your event one time, as long as no scheduling conflicts occur, and subject to availability, within 1 year of the original event date. Your deposit and any payments made will be applied to the new date.
If a rescheduled event is later canceled, it will follow the cancellation policy and will not be eligible for a refund.

Chairs will be delivered stacked on dollies, and tables will be stacked or placed in a mutually agreed-upon location. All tents will be installed by CHAMFAM RENTALS staff.
Standard rental pricing does not include the setup and arrangement of tables and chairs. If you would like a full-service setup, including the placement and arrangement of tables and chairs, please let us know in advance. Additional setup fees will apply based on the size and requirements of your event.

No. CHAMFAM RENTALS will submit all required utility locate requests through our Diggers Hotline portal prior to tent installation.
Once the locate request has been submitted, we will notify you and keep you informed throughout the process. Utility locating crews will mark any underground facilities in the proposed tent area before installation. CHAMFAM RENTALS will monitor the status of the locate request and maintain communication with the utility locating services to help ensure the site is ready for setup.

Yes, CHAMFAM RENTALS delivers to public parks and other public venues.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits, approvals, or reservations from the park or venue prior to delivery. A responsible adult must be present at the time of delivery and pickup to accept and return the rental equipment.
If no one is present at the scheduled delivery or pickup time, additional trip charges, waiting fees, or rescheduling fees may apply.
